Quick Guide: How to Start Using the Marko MT E-shop:
- You can enter the store via the horizontal menu of main departments by either clicking on a department name or hovering your mouse over it to display and select a subcategory from the dropdown.
- If you are visiting our website for the first time, you will be asked to accept the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device by our server. They ensure the functionality of the e-shop website, and some cookies may be used for marketing or targeted advertising. If you choose “REJECT ALL”, only the cookies strictly necessary for the website's operation will be stored. You can change your cookie settings at any time by clicking the cookie icon (
) in the bottom-left corner of the shop window.
- You can also find the required item using the search window by entering the catalog number or item name. If you know the exact catalog number of the required item, you can enter it in the first search box. The catalog number can be written without spaces, dashes, or periods. The search starts after entering a few characters (from the left) and all items whose catalog number begins with the entered combination of characters are searched for.
If you want to search for an item by its name, type the desired name in the second search box. After entering a few characters, a search will begin for all items that contain the entered text in their name.
- You add the item to your cart by clicking the "Buy" button. If you require more pieces, you can enter the quantity in the box to the left of the "Buy" button. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon (
) at the top right of the screen. Here you can correct the number of required pieces or cancel the item from the order. Then you can return to the E-shop and continue shopping or to finish the order.
Note: The image in the E-shop may show more pieces than the unit quantity of the item. The unit of measurement and item description (piece, pair, set, kit,...) are decisive for the order.
- To complete the purchase, select the payment and delivery method, and in the next step, enter your contact information for payment and delivery. Registered customers just need to log in and their data from the registration will be added to the order automatically. Log in or registration can be done at any stage of the purchase.
- The purchase is completed by pressing the "Order" button.To successfully submit your order, you must fill all marked data (*) and confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions.The proof of the successful sending of the order is the receipt of the automatically generated Confirmation of the received order in your e-mail box. The order will be confirmed once again by the merchant by e-mail or by phone.
