Personal Data Protection

By ticking the appropriate consent checkbox (  ) during registration or when confirming an order, the Buyer confirms their consent to the processing of their personal data in the information system "Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "IS-OS"). Consent to the processing of personal data may only be granted by a data subject who is at least 16 years of age (§15, paragraph (1) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data). In the case of individuals under the age of 16, consent may only be given by their legal guardian. The Buyer may, at any time after logging into the online store, update or correct their personal data. The Buyer may also, at any time, request in writing from the responsible person of the IS-OS operator a statement of their personal data processed in the IS-OS, or withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data. The Buyer has the right to file a petition to initiate proceedings under §100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

7. Retention period of personal data: 5 years from the date of registration or the last login to the user account in the e-shop. If the user does not log in within 5 years, the account will be automatically deleted and personal data erased. Upon written request from the data subject (user) to cancel the account, the login account will be terminated and personal data erased within 5 business days of receipt of the request. If tax documents were created based on the user’s order, such documents will be retained for the period required by applicable legislation (e.g. Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax).

11. Disclosure of personal data: Personal data are not published or disclosed to third parties, except to authorized persons and recipients. There is no cross-border transfer of personal data to third countries.
12. General security measures for data protection:
    Access to the information system is password-protected and carried out via secure HTTPS connection. The database is stored on secure servers of the data processor. The processor is contractually bound by confidentiality and the obligation to protect stored personal data.
